Board of Appraisers

The Conservancy Court appoints a Board of Appraisers, which determines benefits provided by the flood protection system, the groundwater program and recreational amenities, and approves the methodology used to determine assessments. The three-member Board serves at the pleasure of the Conservancy Court.
