Conservancy Court

Miami Conservancy District is governed by a Conservancy Court comprised of one common pleas court judge from each of the nine counties within the District’s official boundaries. The Conservancy Court appoints the Board of Directors and Board of Appraisers. The Court meets regularly and approves all official plans.
